Gary Maurice “Joyner” Lucas Jr. is a well-known American rapper, singer, and composer. He was born on August 17, 1988, in the United States. After the release of his song “Ross Capicchioni” in 2015, Lucas first gained significant notice and critical appreciation for his work in the music industry. It was his first mixtape to be published under a big label when he released 508-507-2209, his fourth mixtape, in June of 2017.
In November of 2017, Lucas released his track “I’m Not Racist,” which almost immediately gained widespread recognition and helped propel him farther into the mainstream. On July 31, 2018, Lucas made the announcement that he would be forced to cancel engagements in the Australian and European legs of his I’m Kind of a Big Deal tour owing to hoarseness and laryngitis. This was due to the fact that he had been suffering from both of these conditions. A month later, Lucas was featured on the track “Lucky You” from Eminem’s ninth studio album, Kamikaze. On the Billboard Hot 100, the song made its debut at position number 6, marking Lucas’s very first entry in the top 10 of that list.
Lucas made the announcement on the 12th of October, 2018, that he would be releasing his first studio album, which would be named ADHD. In addition to that, he disclosed that a single taken from the album will be made available on the following Wednesday. The album ADHD, which was published on March 27, 2020, had the song “I Love” as its first single, and it was distributed as a digital download. In the months leading up to its release, which occurred between October 2018 and March 2020, it was preceded by nine singles.
