After seeing an episode of 106 & Park, a music video countdown show that airs on BET, she was motivated to begin writing songs and eventually released her first EP. After watching the episode in which Nicki Minaj appeared, she started penning snippets of lyrics that eventually developed into complete songs. After being asked about her experiences during her time in high school, she revealed her thoughts by saying, “I dealt with everything, so it just taught me that the only thing that matters is my opinion of myself.”
Her songs “Beef FloMix” and “In the Party” gained gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) as a result of their enormous popularity on the social media platform TikTok, which led to the RIAA’s decision to bestow the gold certification on the songs. Because of this, she gained a lot of notoriety.
