Having been born on July 2, 1989, Alexandra Morgan Carrasco is a professional soccer player from the United States who occupies the position of striker. Her responsibilities include serving as the captain of the United States women’s national soccer team as well as the San Diego Wave FC, which competes in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), which is the top league of women’s professional soccer in the United States.

In the first season that she played for the Cal Bears, she was the player that led the team in scoring. Morgan scored an equalizer with less than two minutes remaining in normal time during a match against Stanford in the second round of the 2007 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship.
