Rafael Devers Calcao is a Dominican professional baseball third baseman who currently plays for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was born on October 24, 1996, and his Dominican name is Rafael Devers Calcao. In 2017, he made his debut in Major League Baseball. On August 29, he began a rehabilitation assignment with Pawtucket of the Triple-A level, and on September 4, he was reinstated to the active roster of the Boston Red Sox. On September 26, Devers had a perfect day at the plate, going 4-for-5 with two home runs and six RBIs.
