Thomas Edward “Tom” Warburton, best known by his stage name Mr. Warburton, was born on July 23, 1968. He is a character designer, animator, producer, and screenwriter from the United States of America. The animated television series Codename: Kids Next Door is by far his most notable contribution to the world of television. In addition, he was the creator of the animated short film Kenny and the Chimp.
Before that, he worked as a production designer on the first season of Beavis and Butthead and the primary character designer for the animated series Pepper Ann.
