Karyn Kiyoko Kusama is a filmmaker from the United States of America. She was born on March 21, 1968. She made her debut as a feature film director with the sports drama film Girlfight (2000), for which she was awarded the Grand Jury Prize and the Best Director award at the Sundance Film Festival.
