Before Debi was cast in a movie directed by Martin Scorsese, she had a great career as a dancer, a well-known personality in the downtown area, a fashionista, and a hair and makeup artist.

It was during her time working as a cosmetics artist that she became acquainted with Madonna. After some time, this developed into a relationship, which eventually led to the lucrative offer of starring in the artist’s videos. Due to her pronounced New York accent and arched eyebrows, Debi was able to play roles that were suitable for bold and powerful characters with various facets.

In her roles as the characters she portrayed in ‘Civil Wars,’ ‘L.A. Law,’ and ‘Entourage,’ she made excellent use of the traits listed above. Also a foodie, Debi has been featured on the series “Extra Virgin” that airs on the “Cooking Channel” on a regular basis. The sitcom “Working” on NBC was canceled due to its extremely low ratings, which caused the channel to make the decision.
