Bruce Allen Davison is a well-known American actor and filmmaker. He was born on June 28, 1946, in the United States. He is most known for his leading role as Willard Stiles in the cult horror film Willard (1971), for which he was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. He is also recognized for his performance in Longtime Companion (1989), in which he portrayed Thomas Semmes, and for his appearance in the HBO film Vendetta. As the antagonist Robert Kelly, he appeared in the X-Men film franchise (beginning with X-Men in 2000 and continuing through X2 in 2003).

In the 2010s, Davison made an appearance in Fred Schepisi’s film Words and Pictures (2013), had a recurring part on The Fosters (2015–2016), and can be seen in Get a Job (2016) alongside Miles Teller and Anna Kendrick. Davison was born in the year 1946 in the city of Philadelphia, in the state of Pennsylvania. When he was three years old, his parents went through a divorce.
