William H. Mann is a Grammy-nominated American songwriter, record producer, and founder of the independent music publishing company Green & Bloom/Topline. He is also the chairman of management agency Manncom. Mann was born William Isaiah Ehrlichman on December 20, 1968. In 2021, he established Proof Of Concept, a company that provides talent development and creative media services, along with his business partner Benton James.
