Sannyasi Swami Sarvapriyananda, whose pre-monastic name was Biswarup Mitra, is a member of the Ramakrishna Order and a prominent figure in the Hindu religious community. Since January 2017, he has been acting as the leader of the Vedanta Society of New York and is now the resident Swami. He has held this role since January 2017.
