Phillip David Lewis is a well-known American actor, comedian, and filmmaker. He was born on February 14, 1968, in the United States. On the Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck, he had the recurring role of Mr. Moseby, the hotel manager.
