Elizabeth Gilbert Bio

Elizabeth Gilbert was born on July 18, 1969, in Waterbury, Connecticut. Her dad was a chemist and her mom stayed at home to raise her. She is the sister of Catherine, a famous novelist in her own right. The family’s rural home was devoid of any modern conveniences, like neighbors, radio, or record players.
