Brian Michael “Q” Quinn, an American comedian, actor, and producer, was born on March 14, 1976. Quinn was born in Brooklyn but moved to Staten Island with his family before he turned two years old. Sal Vulcano, Joe Gatto, and James Murray are all members of The Tenderloins, a comedic troupe. He stars in the television series Impractical Jokers, which premiered on TruTV on December 15, 2011, alongside the other members of The Tenderloins. Quinn was born in Brooklyn, New York, on March 14, 1976, but moved to Staten Island when he was two years old.

His ancestors come from Ireland and Italy. Quinn went to Monsignor Farrell High School and graduated with honours. He was a member of his high school’s Improvisation Club, which also included Murray, Vulcano, and Gatto. Before joining the New York City Fire Department, he attended Brooklyn College and served for eight years. At the 2013 Stitcher Awards, Sal Vulcano and Quinn’s podcast What Say You? was named Best New Show. Because of the rising success of What Say You, Joe Gatto and James Murray decided to start their own Tenderloins podcast without the other two members.

At the 10th Annual Podcast Awards in 2015, What Say You? received nominations for Comedy, Entertainment, and Best Produced Podcast. The podcast is not a replacement for The Tenderloins Podcast, according to Vulcano and Quinn.
