Bill Fagerbakke Bio

Bill Fagerbakke was born on October 4th, 1957 in the city of Fontana, which is located in the state of California, in the United States. After moving to the area, he showed academic prowess while attending Minico High School in Rupert, Idaho. His athletic ability was on full display in a wide array of sports, including football, baseball, and track & field.

Fagerbakke received multiple scholarship offers to play football in college as a result of his outstanding athletic ability. The Vandals had their first winning season in five years, going 7-4 overall in 1976, with Fagerbakke making seven starts for the team. The Vandals finished 5-2 in those games. After Fagerbakke suffered a knee injury while participating in spring workouts in 1977, head coach Ed Troxel had every intention of moving him to the offensive line. However, Fagerbakke ultimately made the decision to pursue a career in the theater instead.

Fagerbakke made her stage debut in a production of Godspell while she was a student at the university. In 1981, he received his bachelor’s degree, which he earned after “two years of football and four years of school,” and he also became a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity at that time. After that, he decided to extend his education by enrolling at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
